Brand identity & visual direction
I design visual identity systems for businesses that need to look clearer, more trustworthy, and easier to recognize across real touchpoints.
Brand identity options
You receive the core identity elements, organized files, and usage guidance so you can apply the brand across web, social, presentations, print, packaging, or launch materials.
Choose based on how much support your brand needs.
01
Core Identity
For a clear visual foundation.
You get
- Primary logo
- Secondary logo
- Brand mark
- Color palette
- Typography system
- Mini brand guide
- Final logo files for web and print
Timeline: 3 to 4 weeks
Next step: Choose this if you mainly need the essential identity system before building more assets.
02
Extended Identity
For consistency across more touchpoints.
You get
- Everything in Core Identity
- Expanded color palette
- Pattern, texture, or supporting visual elements
- Full brand guidelines
- Profile image and banner
- Editable social post template
- Basic brand application examples
Timeline: 5 to 7 weeks
Next step: Choose this if your brand needs more than the basics and will appear across multiple channels.
03
Launch-Ready Identity
For launch, relaunch, or a more complete rollout.
You get
- Everything in Extended Identity
- Additional supporting visual elements
- Simple custom icons
- Two finished collateral pieces
- Two to three brand application mockups
- Full brand guidelines
Timeline: 8 to 12 weeks
Next step: Choose this if you need the identity plus key materials ready for public use.
How the work unfolds.
A clear path from brand context to finished files, with space for the right conversations along the way.
01 · Start with context
We clarify your business, audience, offer, goals, and where the current brand feels unclear or inconsistent.
02 · Define the direction
We look at the category, visual references, positioning signals, tone, and what the brand should avoid.
03 · Design the identity
I create the logo system, color palette, typography, and supporting visual language.
04 · Refine the system
We review the selected direction and adjust the details so the identity feels clear, usable, and aligned with your business.
05 · Build the guidelines
You receive usage guidance so the identity can be applied without guessing.
06 · Prepare the final files
You receive organized final files for web and print, plus the agreed assets from your project scope.
What happens after you reach out
01 · Send a short note
Tell me what your business does, what stage you are in, and what feels unclear, inconsistent, or unfinished about the brand.
You can also include:
- Your website or social links, if available
- Any existing logo, colors, or materials, if you already have them
- Your main goal for the project
- Your ideal timeline
02 · I review the fit
I'll review what you shared and send a few clarification questions, then recommend the right scope, or a smaller custom direction if that makes more sense.
03 · You receive a proposal
The proposal outlines the recommended scope, deliverables, timeline, process, and payment terms.
04 · We begin with a focused brand brief
After approval and deposit, we start with a guided brand brief. This keeps the process clear before design begins and helps define the brand context, creative direction, and visual priorities.
Common questions
Do you offer logos only?
Usually, no. A logo alone is rarely enough to make a brand feel clear or recognizable. My work focuses on identity systems: logo, color, typography, visual language, and guidance designed to work together.
Can you work with my existing brand?
Yes. If your current identity has useful parts, I can refine or extend it. If the visual foundation is weak or confusing, I may recommend a more complete refresh.
Do you do brand strategy?
Yes, but specifically in service of visual identity.
My process starts with strategic clarity: what the brand offers, who it serves, what the market looks like, where the visual opportunities are, and what the audience needs to feel, understand, or remember. This gives the identity a clear direction before any logo, color, typography, or visual system is created.
I don't replace a full business, marketing, or growth strategist. My role is to translate the right brand context into a visual identity that feels clear, intentional, and differentiated.
Do you build websites?
I can design website direction, landing page visuals, and branded web sections depending on the project scope. Full website development can be discussed separately.
How do payments work?
Projects are booked with an initial deposit. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. Payment terms are confirmed in the proposal before the project begins.
Not sure which option fits?
Send a short note about your business and where the brand feels unclear, inconsistent, or not ready yet. I'll recommend the right scope.
